In this video, my son Mark builds an awesome Mandalorian helmet for a friend's son. He printed the 14 component parts on his 3D printer from ABS plastic. These were then carefully bonded together by partially dissolving mating surfaces with Acetone. Once together, there was a lot of fine tuning and finishing needed with epoxy and Bondo filler. After painting, a visor and some padding were added and it was ready to deliver.
