In this video, we’ll show you how to prevent your prints from cracking through the correct cleaning and curing procedure. Here are some reasons that may cause the model to crack:
1. The model is not curing.
2. Curing the model when the inner parts aren’t dry.
3. The watts of the curing light too high cause the model uneven heating.

Take Phrozen Water-Washable Resin as an example.
Here are the cleaning and curing steps that could prevent 3D models from cracking:
0:20 Use water to wash the models at least twice. Wash 1~3 minutes each time, and clean the hollowed model's inner parts.
0:32 Clean the model with the ultrasonic cleaner for at least 30 secs.
0:40 Dry the model’s surface and inner parts with a high-pressure air gun.
0:49 Set it aside for 60-90 mins and make sure the model's inner parts are dry.
0:56 Cure the models with a post-curing lamp for at least 30 mins.
