In today's video I compare Desktop Metal to other competing 3D printing companies to see how it stacks up in the 3D printing world. We've discussed Desktop Metal (DM) in previous video's to some degree, but I wanted to compare it specifically to other companies that are in similar industries with 3D printing prototypes.

Desktop Metal seems to be a leading 3D printing company in the automotive and aerospace sector and offers competitive solutions for companies looking for prototype solutions. Desktop Metal is primed for growth and saw massive stock gains last Friday and throughout the day on Monday. Since we last discussed our position in TRNE we have seen 58% returns!

The Trine acquisition merger is suspected to be tomorrow on December 8, 2020, which could be why the stock price has gone up so aggressively in the last two days. I do expect we'll see some sell off if tomorrow is the eventual merger date. Again, we can never be completely sure of these things and have to be prepared for what could happen.
