Learn how to generate custom statistical reports in either data or chart formats with Bright Search.

---GENERATING LISTING STATS IN SEARCH---
Custom stats reporting can be generated right from the results page in Search.
1. Run your search.
2. Select the desired listings
3. Hover over Stats.
4. Select Tabular for both a Statistical Summary and a Market Analysis.
5. Generate a PDF Print.
6. Then use the orange Back button to return to the results.

--GENERATING A CRITERIA BASED CHART REPORT--
NOTE: When selecting listings, the charts option will be disabled. Charts stats can only be generated on search criteria, NOT specific listings. Deselect your listings and return to the stats button to choose charts.

If you wish to add, remove, or modify the criteria you'll do that before continuing with choosing your preset.
1. Choose a Preset option.
2. Click Generate.

To customize your chart further:
1. Select the Customize tab.
2. Choose from the built-in options for any of these values.
3. Click on Advanced Options and Style Options to display additional customizations.
5. Click Generate when finished.

--SHARING YOUR CHART OR DATA REPORT--
Your results can now be viewed, printed, and/or emailed in both chart and data formats.

PRINTING
1. Click Print.
2. The print window will open. You may choose to print to a printer, or print to PDF and save it.

EMAILING
1. Select the envelope icon.
2. Select the recipient(s) from your CRM list of contacts.
3. This only sends the chart by default. Be sure to check Show Tabular Data to include it on your report.
4. (Optional) Edit the subject.
5. (Optional) Add a message in the Email Body.
6. Send it when finished.
Now, once your client clicks the View statistics link in their auto-email it will now display those statistics in that client's portal.

--SAVING YOUR OWN PRESETS--
1. Click the Save tab.
2. Type in the name.
3. Check the box for Save Search Criteria with Preset.
4. (Optional) Choose to save as a widget will display your custom presets on the My Dashboard.
5. Click, Save a Copy.
