Hi everyone! This is Top 3D Shop, and in this video, we will tell you about the Creality Sermoon D3 professional 3D printer.

Developed by the China-based company Creality with the requirements for industrial equipment taken into account, the Sermoon D3 is a reliable and precise FDM machine for everyday use with a wide range of applications from industrial design to small-scale production.

The device carries a solid frame made of thick metal plates and aluminum profiles. The X, Y and Z axes are supported by stainless steel linear rods with a hardness of 60 HRC.

A rugged, rigid body, milled critical components, high torque precision motors, and durable timing belts and pulleys improve print accuracy, minimize errors and provide for sustainable 24/7 operation.

The build volume of the Sermoon D3 is 300x250x300 mm; it is equipped with a two-stage direct-drive extruder capable of heating up to 300 ℃ and two large cooling fans. The layer thickness ranges from one to four tenths of a millimeter, with print speed reaching up to 250 millimeters per second.

Print quality and stability are also guaranteed by a printing bed with a maximum heating temperature of 110 degrees and an enclosed chamber.

The printer is compatible with a wide range of plastics — from the widely used ABS, PLA and PETG to flexible and carbon fiber reinforced filaments.

The Sermoon D3 is equipped with an air purification system based on two HEPA filters. The set of useful features includes automatic calibration, auto-resume printing, filament feed sensor, printer shut-off when the door is open, and a built-in webcam for online monitoring.

3D models are managed for printing using the proprietary Creality Print slicing software, while files can be sent to the machine via a USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet connection.

The printer's settings can be controlled both through the built-in touchscreen and using a computer or mobile device with Creality Print or Creality Cloud applications installed.
