Modern methods for creating 3D models of fossils are revolutionizing how palaeontologists study the history of life. On this episode of Fossil Friday Chats, Dr. Imran Rahman, Deputy Head of Research at Oxford University Museum of Natural History, will introduce some of the new techniques that are being applied to the oldest fossil animals!

Imran is Deputy Head of Research at Oxford University Museum of Natural History (https://www.oumnh.ox.ac.uk). He obtained an MSci in Palaeobiology at University College London and a PhD in Palaeontology at Imperial College London. His research involves using 3D models and computer simulations to reconstruct Earth's oldest animals, shedding light on their evolutionary origins over half a billion years ago.
