I have made a simple hardware upgrade to the 3D printer that change it to be a 2D plotter. This 2D plotter is ready for some interesting experient. I write a postcard with it last time. Today I use it as a multi-copy machine. Use carbon copy paper, you can copy the original artwork many times at once. I remember when I was a child, this technique was used to replicate the original signature when accounting or some other important moment that prove this is the original copy. Now we still use it when writing email CC, which represents carbon copy.
I want to expand the 3D printer functions. Since it is based on a stepper motor, it has a lot of ability that can be used as a CNC machine, CNC laser engraves, etc. I will explore the functions continuously.
