Sorry for the delay on this video! I would have liked to make it months ago but I didn’t have the equipment to make it all happen. Now that I do, I hope that you all enjoy it! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns do let me know in the comments. Thank you all for your support of this channel.

This mask build is a bit more complex than my previous 2 videos. Although it may be possible to use an FDM printer for this project I recommend using a 3D resin printer. In order for the mold to function properly the surface needs to be VERY smooth. Also, none of the parts are designed to print flat on a print bed, everything requires supports.

IMPORTANT: This mask has not been evaluated by an independent testing laboratory. I can make no claims as to its safe or reliable function. If you make one and wear it, you will be doing so at your own risk! The filter used in this design is a 3M brand filter. 3M corporation in no way endorses this product! I do not claim that this 3M filter retains it’s N95 particulate filtration while in use in this device.

TOOLS AND MATERIALS:
Resin Printer (possibly any will do? I used a Form 3)
3D printing Resin (use something that is skin safe if you can find it, I used Formlabs Clear V4)
Large Syringe (I used a Medline 60mL Flat Top Syringe)
Vacuum Degasser (Any will work)
Silicone (Use something that is skin safe, I used Ecoflex 00-30 and Sortaclear 18 from Smoothon)
¼” Braided Elastic for the strap (Any brand will work)
Hot Glue, plastic cups, stir sticks and paper towels are also a must.

PART FILES (Print at your own risk)
