In this episode I am finally up the learning curve enough on 3D printing to design and print my first custom design: a GreyLightning Maker Token! I show a quick overview of my design process, from Adobe Illustrator (drawing) to Blender (3D modeling) to Chitubox (slicing).
I show how to add colors to clear resin and adjust the exposure settings to get a successful print.
Then I show a quick and effective way to paint the tokens to make the design pop!
I will be releasing soon two other videos referenced in this one: a deep dive on creating the GreyLightning token from scratch, and a video about FEP film problems and possible causes, as well as how to change the FEP film.
