UPDATE: During the video, I didn't use the screws correctly. After the video, I took the plates back out and re-assembled them. When finished and when the screws are used correctly, the sticks are perfectly straight up and down. Here are the updated instructions:

The thin rings need first to be attached to the thick rings with 2 short screws each from the bag supplied by Hawk-RC. Use two M2x6 screws from the bag of Hawk-RC per gimbal here.

In the final step attach the gimbals with the screws provided by Hawk-RC bag. And while attaching the gimbals use long M2x14 mm on the inside (towards Multimodule) and the short M2x6 mm outside.
