Following my recent experimentation with the 3018 CNC router, a problem I have encountered is the high level of dust generated by the machine. The best way to combat this is to install a CNC extraction system along with a CNC dust shoe (or CNC dust skirt). CNC dust skirts can be rather expensive, so in this video I show you how you can easily design and 3D print your own CNC dusk skirt. I managed to buy a Shop Vac Micro 10 second hand for just £16. All in, this entire extraction system cost me just under £25. Very pleased with the result.
