Recently Made this Prototype of Thermometer Gun to check aesthetic look and dimensional analysis before making Die & Mold for Injection Molding.

It makes very easy for manufacturer of such product to analyse and test actual electronics components on such a prototype model which is made out of PLA or ABS Plastics using FDM 3D Printing Process, specially Pratham Series of FDM 3D Printers,

Saving Time, Money & Energy for Manufacturer of such products, as it only requires 3D STL file and 3D Printer will prepare a physical model of design in fraction of hours.

Once 3D Printed model is ready, check it and if required to change in design, one can easily do and 3D print it again until perfection in physical model, followed by Final DIE/Mold making with VMC/CNC machine for mass production.

3D Printing becomes a hardcore need for manufacturer of plastic products as it gives a freedom of changes in design before making DIE/Mold and saves lots of money from investing in wrong/imperfect design of products.
