【New】Build 3D printer Step 6 | Assemble Electrical Components of Lerdge-iX, 3D printer projects

This is the new assembly video of Lerdge iX 3D printer. We have released a version of the Lerdge iX assembly video before, but due to the upgrade of the Lerdge iX, some assembly contents are no longer applicable; on the other hand, we have optimized the assembly video according to our users' advice, to present the assembly method more clearly!

Step 6: Assemble Electrical Components. A guy left me a message in the previous video, thinking that Lerdge iX seems to be more expensive than 3D printers with the same print area on the market. Why is this? Our high-value components are mainly Lerdge Z board, TMC2226 driver, 3.5 In colorful touch display, extruder and other core electronic components. Today, when the chip is skyrocketing, we still insist on using the original chip, the best silent driver, and high-quality display. Lerdge board can allow users to input parameters through the display without adjusting any code, which is very user-friendly! Moreover, the Lerdge iX has big room for further upgrades, including: 2 extruders and 1 hothead, 3 extruders and 1 hothead printing modes, direct extruder, automatic equalization, etc. We will release this type of upgrade video in the near future.

We design the assembly of the entire 3D printer as simple and convenient as possible, no matter novices or masters can easily enjoy the fun and sense of accomplishment of DIY.

Lerdge iX 3D printer is equipped with the latest Lerdge Z board, TMC2226 driver, color touch screen, and PEI printing platform. Resume after power failure, filament run out detection, automatic leveling（Need to purchase the automatic leveling module separately）, fine adjustment of Z-axis, linear extrusion and other functions are all available!

The printing area of this 3D printer is 180mm*180mm*180mm, supports TF card, U disk and serial port connection, and supports English, Russian, German, French, Spanish and other languages!

Further more, Lerdge iX open source all structural design drawings, you can freely download the 3D prints STL, profile size drawings, BOM list on the Lerdge website, to maximize the fun of DIY with unlimited upgrade space. It can be as a 3D printer for beginners or masters.
